STIRRER
Automatic variable speed stirrer with scrapers eliminates burn-on and seals products evenly. Lifts out for ease of cleaning.

EMPTYING
Pan tilts to empty. Automatic and variable control.

HEATING
Cooking surface heated by a self contained thermal oil heating system by a concealed and intrinsically safe internal gas-burner using natural gas or propane.
