We manufacture a range of equipment for cooking many different products. The following examples give some idea of the type of equipment we supply. To ensure sanitary conditions, our cookers are designed so that no seals or bearings are in contact with the product being processed.
Jet Cooker
A self-contained cooking unit for the production of gums and jellies.
The Jet Cooker was initially designed for the production of wine gums, so it is ideal for processing many similar products, especially for the confectionery industry. It is a fully self contained unit in a stainless steel enclosure and requires very little maintenance. It is ideal for starch gelling and continuous or batch operation.
Steam/Thermal Oil CookerCooking vessel for thorough mixing of sensitive products.
These mixing vessels are fitted for steam or thermal oil operation allowing precise temperature control. Complete with Rockwool insulation and clad with a stainless steel external sheath. If necessary, the pan may be fitted with an emulsifier/homogeniser. This adds greatly to the flexibility of the unit, especially where emulsified sauces and gravies are needed.
