We offer a number of optional equipment which may be fitted to our vessels to support many more applications. Here are some examples of these optional extras.

Flush Fitting Valve   Flush fitting crevice free outlet valve. This hygienic, disc lowering valve is constructed entirely in stainless steel and can be pneumatically or mechanically operated. The valve is flush mounted to the base of a pan to ensure there are no crevices for product to collect. Existing vessels can be modified to accommodate the valve; the outlet port connection may be manufactured suit the client's requirements. The valve is manufactured in 316 stainless steel and comes complete with a steam flushing port and a valve seat in PTFE. Sizes available: 50mm (2") inlet, 75mm (3") outlet port 75mm (3") inlet, 75mm (3") outlet port 100mm (4") inlet, 100mm (4") outlet port

Live Steam Injector   Stainless steel live steam injector. Based on a well proven design, this steam injector can make a valuable addition to many different vessels. It is manufactured in 316 stainless steel, with a screwed end for easy removal. The steam injector has a variable spring pressure adjustment, and can operate in a range of pressures from 0.7 BAR (10 PSIG) to 6.68 BAR (100 PSIG). It can be used on culmany steam or unfiltered and will pass up to 1000 Lbs/hr. It also has provision for air introduction to eliminate noise.
