Over the years we have built up a considerable product portfolio by designing equipment to suit individual requirements. Here are just a few examples of some of our more specialised equipment.

Still/Concentrator   Jacketed tilt pan ideal for boiling herbs for homeopathic medicines and essential oil extraction. Built to blend under atmospheric or vacuum conditions. Vacuum boiling can be achieved with condensed vapour collected as liquid via a separate condensate unit. Its unique tilting mechanism preserves high quality products whilst enabling easy emptying into another vessel. A special drive coupling allows the stirrer to remain in the pan while pouring off the top liquid.

Portable Vessels   Portable vessels for storage and transport of cosmetics and pharmaceuticals. Our portable vessels are insulated and clad in stainless steel for hot liquid transfer and holding, with minimum temperature loss. They are fitted with a specially designed safety lid and optional stirrer, if processing is required. Additional heating can be applied to maintain product temperature. They can also be pressure heated for discharge and vacuum for self loading.
